Job Description :
As a Shaw Systems Subject Matter Expert, you will play a pivotal role in their consulting practice, working closely with our banking clients to optimize their Shaw Systems software implementations . You will leverage your extensive knowledge and experience with Shaw Systems to provide valuable insights, guidance, and solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Shaw Systems Optimization : Act as the primary resource for Shaw Systems software, offering in-depth expertise and guidance to our banking clients.2. Client Consultation : Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific needs, challenges, and objectives related to Shaw Systems implementations.3. Solution Development : Develop and implement customized solutions to enhance Shaw Systems software functionality, efficiency, and performance.4. Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to Shaw Systems software, ensuring seamless operation for clients.5. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Shaw Systems Subject Matter Expert.Deep knowledge of Shaw Systems software and related modules.Proven experience in optimizing Shaw Systems implementations to meet specific business needs.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex issues efficiently.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.Banking industry experience and familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements.Relevant certifications in Shaw Systems (e.g., Shaw Academy Certification) are a plus.
