Located steps from the Paulina brown-line station, Frasca is a restaurant that is as committed to its staff as we are to our guests. Hospitality starts at home--and that's the mentality we bring to every shift.
We are looking to add energetic, professional and team-oriented people to our support staff for patio season. While this is a seasonal job post, opportunities for employment beyond patio season are available and dependent upon performance.

Food runner responsibilities at Frasca will include, but are not limited to:
- Deliver the food from the kitchen to the dining room.
- Complete assigned opening and closing duties before and after service such as delivering ice to bar, setting up and/or taking out trash cans, preparing patios for guests, etc
- Assist staff with any aspect of service such as: food delivery, table maintenance and resetting tables between parties
- Follow service steps based on our service and training manual and assist in communicating same to all staff who handle or serve food and beverages.
- Always maintain professional demeanor with all staff and guests
