Call Center Sales Representative
Job Description
Summary:
This position is a Parts Sales role primarily engaging customers though inbound call demand for Class 3-8 Heavy Duty Aftermarket Truck Parts and Accessories.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Fields inbound calls to identify customer product needs
Perform Customer Callbacks as assigned daily
Continuously work to grow product knowledge, efficiency levels, and weekly sales goals
Complete 21 sales/product training modules in the first 24 months of employment
Provide 2nd mile customer service in every interaction
Job Requirements:
High School diploma, or GED equivalent needed
Previous Sales Experience Is An Advantage But Not Required
Excellent customer service skills required: Detail oriented, self-starter, goal oriented
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a Fast-Paced environment at times
Proficient with MS Office, Excel, Outlook
Shift:
Mon-Fri, Day Shift 1 Sat. every 4 weeks
