Requirements:

• Ability to climb ladders safely and meet manufacturer safety standards. The total weight, including tools (approximately 25 lbs.), must not exceed 375 lbs.
• Capacity to lift 60–80 lbs. and climb ladders up to 28–36 feet high.
• Willingness to work in non-temperature-controlled environments, both indoors and outdoors, regardless of weather conditions.
• Flexibility to kneel, crawl, bend, or work in uncomfortable positions as needed.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test, criminal background check, and MVR check.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Strict adherence to safety protocols in this safety-sensitive position.
