Position Summary

We’re seeking a hands-on Print Production Specialist who’s eager to learn, grow, and work with cutting-edge printing equipment. This is a hybrid role that starts on the production floor—running equipment and printing orders—but also offers the opportunity to develop into a more technical or creative direction over time. Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in imaging or design, but more importantly, a willingness to master new tools and techniques.

What You’ll Do

• Operate wide-format and digital printing equipment to fulfill daily production orders
• Perform color checks, media handling, and file setup to ensure print accuracy
• Collaborate with pre-press or design staff to troubleshoot files when needed
• Learn and adapt to evolving print technologies and workflows
• Maintain equipment and a clean, organized workspace
• Support the team in all stages of the print process, from setup to finishing

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of design principles, color, and digital imaging
• Some experience with Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign and Illustrator)
• Familiarity with digital printing, large format, or specialty printing is a plus—but not required
• Comfortable working with your hands and being on your feet throughout the day
• A curious mindset and the drive to learn new processes and equipment
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and consistency
• A positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with RIP software or print workflow tools
• Knowledge of substrates, inks, or color management
• Exposure to advanced print techniques (e.g., backlit prints, tactile finishes, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
