Business Analyst Intern

Here’s what you can expect in the role as a Business Analyst Intern :
Job Duties :
Design and build the foundational framework for the Voice of the Customer (VoC) program, outlining its goals, structure, and processes.Document methodologies for customer data collection and analysis to ensure long-term program sustainability.Develop and test customer surveys and feedback forms using or similar platforms.Create user documentation to guide future modifications and usage of these tools.Develop dashboards and visualizations in Qualtrics to enable real-time data monitoring and reporting.Summarize activities, achievements, and key learnings in a detailed final report.What you’ll need to qualify :
A Junior or Senior enrolled in a Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, Data Science, or Statistics Bachelor’s / Master’s degree program.Computer competency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, formulas and features.Building and manipulation of queries for data analysis.Great attention to detail and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage time effectively.Capability of gathering facts accurately, analyzing causes, evaluating alternate solutions.Manage multiple deadlines, complete tasks timely and follow up as needed.Must be professional, well organized, thorough, committed, urgent and a resourceful problem solver.Ability to manage multiple duties with a sense of urgency.Ability to effectively communication and interact with internal and external customers via phone, email and fax.Ability to present findings visually using graphs, charts, or dashboards to communicate effectively.Ability to work in a team environment.But also, remember you :
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a telephone, calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.75% communication methods completed via email.
