Compliance Auditor Intern

Here’s what you can expect in the role as a Compliance Auditor Intern:
The Compliance Auditor Intern position exists to complete, report, and assist with compliance requests and projects for the Compliance Audit department.
Job Duties:
- Communicates with managers and programmers regarding compliance issues.
- Recommends process improvements.
- Manages individual audit timelines and meets deadlines.
- Performs pre-set audits with some audit development opportunities.
- Completes special projects as needed for Compliance Audit department.
- Evaluates calls by scoring randomly selected calls to ensure compliance.
- Analyze call recordings and interpret the data to understand customer needs and identify areas for improvement within a company.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What you’ll need to qualify:
- A Junior or Senior enrolled in a business-related Bachelor’s/Master’s degree program in Accounting, Finance, or Business Analytics.
- Computer competency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, formulas and features.
- Building and manipulation of queries for data analysis.
- Great attention to detail and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage time effectively.
- Capability of gathering facts accurately, analyzing causes, evaluating alternate solutions.
- Manage multiple deadlines, complete tasks timely and follow up as needed.
- Must be professional, well organized, thorough, committed, urgent and a resourceful problem solver.
- Ability to manage multiple duties with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to effectively communication and interact with internal and external customers via phone, email and fax.
- Ability to present findings visually using graphs, charts, or dashboards to communicate effectively.
- Ability to work in a team environment.

- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.
- Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a telephone, calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.

- Constantly works in an indoor temperature controlled, sealed window office environment.
