JOB SUMMARY
JOB FUNCTIONS
- Demonstrates great attention to detail with accuracy in completion of administrative tasks.
- Processes an average of 15 invoices per week, performs account research to verify services rendered before submitting invoice for payment.
- Documents inspection results and uploads pictures from 3rd party vendors
- Collaborates with collections, legal, and remarketing departments to resolve questions or concerns on inspections.
- Processes large volumes of emails with a high degree of accuracy, communicates with 3rd party vendors and internal departments.
- Requests and orders inspections for completion as needed, supports inspection efforts on new loans and for remarketing department.
- Processes queries daily to review department metrics and inspection performance and completion rates.
- Monitors daily and weekly reporting to ensure various state-specific processes are being followed, such as vacant property monitoring.
- Provides support and conducts research to identify / locate missing collateral.
- Supports field inspection representatives by researching questions and providing information as needed.
- Updates field inspection representatives with important changes to active inspections.
- Communicates verbally and in writing with all internal and external customers.
- Corresponds with inside and outside team members, supervisors, and contractors.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of collection and repossession procedures.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of all department policies and procedures.
- Attends meetings as required, such as team meetings, engagement events, one-on-ones, and coaching sessions. Takes pictures of collateral and documents status for Account Representative review.
- Attends monthly training.
- Completes all assigned continued training modules.
- Completes performance reviews and meets goals provided.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 0-2 years related experience required.
- Intermediate knowledge of computer software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Punctual with an excellent attendance record.
- Self-motivating with good time management and communication skills as well as being a team player.
- Willing to learn, hard-working, determined, and assertive.
- Effective analytical problem-solving skills including critical and creative thinking.
- Great attention to detail with accuracy.
- Willingness and ability to complete assigned work efficiently.
- Good judgment and discretion with sensitive information.
- Must have a clear understanding of collection and repossession procedures.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS :
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.
- Will be constantly operating a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a telephone, calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
- Will be communicating 20% of the time over the phone.
- Must be able to exchange accurate information at all times.
- Must be able to identify and assess account status and determine appropriate process.
- Will constantly work in a state-of-the-art indoor temperature controlled, sealed window office environment.
