I. POSITION PURPOSE
A. Provides cleaning and light maintenance for the parish buildings and grounds.
II. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:

Clean entry doors, frames, and glass.

Vacuum walk-off mats, carpeted areas, and vents

Clean surfaces, desks, shelves, chairs, and window sills, doors, handles, light switches, and walls.

Empty and dispose of garbage and recycling.

Clean and sanitize sinks, fixtures, mirrors, and toilets.

Restock supplies as needed.

Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors.

Preventative and light maintenance
-
Other duties as assigned by the Principal
Qualifications
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent.
-
Previous custodial or janitorial experience is a plus.

Attention to detail and adherence to cleaning procedures.

Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
-
Strong time management and organizational skills.

Willingness to work independently and collaboratively.
Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
