Position OverviewThe Sales Specialist is responsible for working with the inside Sales Team supporting sales opportunities, and effectively the company's products and services. This role involves market research, sales forecasting, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure a smooth and successful sales process. The Sales Specialist must possess strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Engagement
Identify and engage with new and existing customers to increase sales opportunities.
Conduct market research to evaluate potential sales targets and develop sales pipelines.
Initiate contact with prospects, assess their needs, and present relevant solutions to generate revenue.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to educate clients and support sales efforts.
Work closely with the Live Entertainment Inside Sales team to source leads and develop outbound sales strategies.
Manage new account setup procedures and support clients in fulfilling legal compliance obligations.
Troubleshoot and resolve sales-related issues, ensuring a smooth transaction and positive customer experience.
Sales Reporting & Market Analysis
Prepare sales forecasts and collect/analyze data to evaluate current sales goals and trends.
Research economic conditions and industry trends that may impact the company's ability to sell its products and services.
Assist in the development of sales quotas and performance forecasts for the sales team.
Recommend improvements to sales techniques, procedures, and promotional strategies based on market research.
Event Coordination & Sales Initiatives
Coordinate and manage client events, corporate presentations, and industry networking opportunities.
Assist in planning and executing sales initiatives, product promotions, and outreach campaigns.
Oversee SWAG distribution, trade show logistics, and event sponsorships.
Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and client meetings to build brand awareness.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
Work with Sales, Client Relationship Managers, and Product Solutionists to ensure seamless client interactions and issue resolution.
Act as a liaison between departments to optimize CRM management, data tracking, and reporting.
Support sales leadership with forecasting, strategic planning, and competitor analysis.
Key Qualifications
Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot preferred) for pipeline tracking, data entry, and reporting.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
Experience in sales forecasting, market research, and data analysis.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other data analysis tools.
Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings, industry events, and conferences
Special Work Conditions
Sedentary – Involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Some positions may entail exerting up to 15 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, or pull.

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
