Flexible, proactive, autonomous, organized, and able to shift gears quickly in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Excellent communication skills; you can articulate UX ideas and concepts clearly, thoroughly, and concisely to product and non-product people alike.
Experience building and maintaining design system components.
Solid understanding of information architecture and how to present the best path for users to navigate complex products and interfaces.
Expert-level proficiency using Figma.
Familiarity with using tools like Amplitude, Hotjar, and Maze to make data-driven decisions
Experience using Jira and working within a kanban-based agile environment.
