401GO is a rapid growth fintech start-up with a relentless focus on helping hard-working Americans prepare for retirement. We’ve built the world's most advanced and fully automated retirement platform and need a general support specialist to work on our True-360 team updating payroll data both in the clients payroll software as well as in 401GO.
We’re looking for someone that has experience with accounting, payroll systems, and most importantly high-attention to detail. MUST reside along the Wasatch Front in Utah.

- Excel knowledge: You will need to have the ability to reformat and modify excel worksheets.
- Ability to download data from payroll software and upload required reports to 401GO.
Education and Experience
- 1 year experience with payroll
- Some experience with 401(k) plans including company match and eligibility
- Strong time management experience
- Proven experience in helping others around you and building up co-workers and clients
- 1 years experience in team environments
- Advanced experience with excel
Knowledge Skills
- Prior start-up experience not required but would be a plus
- Prior 401(k) experience
- Prior payroll experience
- Excel knowledge: You will need to have the ability to reformat and modify excel worksheets.
