401GO is a rapid growth fintech company with a relentless focus on helping hard-working Americans prepare for retirement. We’ve built the world's most advanced and fully automated retirement platform and need a Regional Vice President (RVP) to help facilitate the growth of retirement plan sales through Financial Professionals, TPAs,
RIAs, and DC I/O Firms.
You must have strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, be self-driven, and focused on growth while building lasting relationships with a consultative approach.

Territory: New England
Travel: Up to 25% which includes attending various conferences and/or partner events
Skills & Qualifications:
· 5 years of experience in working with financial advisors and fee based advisors (RIA)
· System savvy: We want someone that can navigate new systems and learn quickly
· Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the financial advisor space
· Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge in the retirement plan solutions, effectively communicating
their value propositions to potential partners.
· Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
· Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless collaboration and client satisfaction.
· Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, regulatory changes and emerging retirement solutions.
· Relationship Management: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients at the C-suite level and other key decision-makers.
· Problem-Solving: Ability to identify operational inefficiencies, manage conflict, and resolve issues that arise within the region.
· Results-Oriented: To be considered for this position you must include examples of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Please be as descriptive as possible.
