We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and oversee the successful planning, execution, and completion of new construction projects from inception to final handover. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing all aspects of 40|50 Development, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgetary constraints, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, schedule, budget, resources, and milestones. Overseeing material orders and deliveries.
- Contract Management: Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Budget Control: Monitor project expenses and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control procedures to maintain high standards throughout the construction process.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Schedule Management: Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and milestones.
