Location (Multi-Site)
Hardin Family Pharmacy - Hardin, MT AND Downtown Family Pharmacy – Billings, MT
Schedule and Hours:
Upon Hire – Mid-May (subject to change based on Company needs):
Hardin Family Pharmacy: Tuesday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Downtown Family Pharmacy: Monday OR Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Mid-May – Ongoing (subject to change based on Company needs):
Hardin Family Pharmacy: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 2 days per week
Downtown Family Pharmacy: 9:00am – 5:30 PM, 2 days per week

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including inventory management, medication stocking, and prescription processing.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations (e.g., Controlled Substance Act, HIPAA).
- Deliver exceptional customer service and patient care
- Support and expand clinical services to better serve the community
- Train pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and other support staff to ensure a high level of patient care and pharmacy efficiency.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
Qualifications:

- Experience in leadership or pharmacy management preferred.

Education/Licenses:
- Current State of Montana Pharmacist License required
