Compensation (Non-Exempt) 

Competitive hourly rate based on experience 

Location (Multi-Site) 

Hardin Family Pharmacy - Hardin, MT AND Downtown Family Pharmacy – Billings, MT 

Schedule and Hours:  

Upon Hire – Mid-May (subject to change based on Company needs): 

Hardin Family Pharmacy: Tuesday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM 

Downtown Family Pharmacy: Monday OR Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM 

Mid-May – Ongoing (subject to change based on Company needs): 

Hardin Family Pharmacy: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 2 days per week 

Downtown Family Pharmacy: 9:00am – 5:30 PM, 2 days per week 

*Note: Schedule flexibility may be available.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including inventory management, medication stocking, and prescription processing. 
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations (e.g., Controlled Substance Act, HIPAA). 
• Deliver exceptional customer service and patient care 
• Support and expand clinical services to better serve the community 
• Train pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and other support staff to ensure a high level of patient care and pharmacy efficiency. 
• Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.

• Experience in leadership or pharmacy management preferred. 
• Willingness to travel as needed for pharmacy support and professional development.

• Heartfelt dedication to serving patients and prioritizing their health and well-being. 

Education/Licenses: 

• Current State of Montana Pharmacist License required
