Sales Project Manager

MAJOR Functions / Responsibilities

• Work on a Sales Team
• Learn and Understand the entire sales process, CRM system, calendars and procedures.
• Build, secure, and expand relationships with Contractors and Architects.
• Develop Solutions for assigned account’s needs
• Travel as needed to account(s) locations for client presentations , installations, and meetings.
• New Business Development Activities as assigned to the Sales Team
• Additional responsibilities as assigned to the 406 Window Co. Sales team

Qualifications:

• 3 years of sales experience.
• Experience in the Home Construction industry and able to read Plans / blue-prints
• Experience estimating preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Scheduling experience
• Strong work ethic, have an all hands on deck attitude.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Able to prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate.
• Willingness to work both in field and office settings and an ability to work in a high production, fast moving environment.
• Experience using Industrial Reports, CRM tools, and system generated reports.
• Able to solve conflicts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Valid driver license and proof of insurability is required. All drivers are subject to a DMV background records check.
• Must be a team player

Compensation: Salary plus Commissions earned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,610.00 - $50,000.00 per year
