Quality EngineerFremont, CA (on-site) Promote and Enforce company ISO standard to ensure that targets are achievedCollaborate with all departments and quality team to ensure all staffs are working incompliance with Quality Management System regulation for ISO certification / auditEnsure compliance with national and international standards and legislationReview documents to ensure develop and deploy products meet all phrases of productdevelopment documentation per ISO procedureEnsure continuous improvement within the quality control systems and company cultureConduct routine audits on an ongoing basis for quality improvement and complete annualschedule internal auditLead and reporting finding to the management team for quality investigation withcorrective and preventive action report and closureManage calibration program meet requirementPreparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trendsManage and work according to deadlines to meet company goalsValidates quality processes including IQ, OQ, and PQPerforms other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTSEntry level, experience in a quality ISO standards and management role in manufacturingis a plusRequirement to work with ISO audits and Customer AuditsProduct Regulatory Audits for example UL, BV, SGS, CCC, CSA, MetlabExperience implementing manufacturing QA concepts such as Lean, Six-Sigma, and 5SEquipment’s Calibration and Maintenance preferAbility to handle multitasking within a high-pressure work environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work as part of a team tosupport external and internal Customers.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient with Microsoft office suite or related software
