We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Executive Housekeeper to join our team. As an Assistant Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations and ensuring that our guests enjoy a clean and comfortable environment during their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff members
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
- Train new housekeeping employees on cleaning techniques and standards
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and maintain high standards of service
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to address any repairs or maintenance issues
- Uphold health and safety regulations in the workplace
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques, including carpet cleaning, polishing, and waxing
- Previous experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality or hotel industry
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
