41 North Coffee Co in Wendell, NC is looking for a Lead Barista to join our team. We are located on 41 N Main St. in charming Downtown Wendell. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working. Coffee house experience (lead or supervisor) is required.
Staring at $14-$16/hr including tips (depending on experience)
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
- Oversee daily barista operations
- Manage shift staff and delegate responsibility as needed
- Conduct staff training
- Make sure all barista's are on the same page regarding food and drink preparation to maintain consistency
- Implementing new and creative methods to streamline production
- Maintain excellent customer service standards
- Uphold ServSafe sanitation and safety standards per the Health Department
- Inventory and product organization
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age and older
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
- Positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused workplace
- Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
