Job Overview:

The Kitchen Design and Sales Consultant will be responsible for creating customized kitchen solutions for clients, focusing on high-end Italian design aesthetics, functionality, and quality. This role requires a unique blend of sales expertise, design proficiency, and exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be a self-driven, results-oriented professional with a passion for design, a deep understanding of luxury kitchen trends, and the ability to connect with and inspire clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget, guiding them through the process of selecting the ideal design and products for their kitchens.
• Design Creation: Utilize advanced design software and tools to create detailed, custom kitchen layouts that reflect high-end Italian design principles and meet clients' functional requirements.
• Sales Expertise: Achieve sales targets through effective selling strategies and by fostering long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional service throughout the design and purchasing process.
• Product Knowledge: Stay current with the latest trends in high-end Italian kitchen design, materials, appliances, and technology, ensuring that clients are informed of the best options available.
• Project Coordination: Work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and the project management team to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of kitchen projects.
• Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional post-sales service, ensuring that clients' expectations are met and exceeded, addressing any concerns or issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Showroom Maintenance: Assist with showroom displays, ensuring they are updated and reflect the latest in high-end kitchen designs and products.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in kitchen design, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in high-end or luxury product sales.
• Design Skills: Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) with a strong understanding of space planning, color theory, and the ability to create aesthetically pleasing, functional kitchen designs.
• Product Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of Italian kitchen brands, materials, and design concepts, with a keen eye for luxury and attention to detail.
• Sales Ability: Strong sales acumen with a focus on high-ticket items, relationship-building, and customer satisfaction.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a team of designers, salespeople, and other professionals to deliver the best results for clients.
• Education: A degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field is required.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; Spanish language skills are a plus.
