Position Overview
A client of 415 Group is actively seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team in Canton, OH. This role is ideal for a motivated marketing professional who is passionate about digital strategy and hands-on execution. The Digital Marketing Specialist will collaborate with a Digital Strategy Manager and Project Manager to support and execute a range of digital marketing tactics for a variety of clients.
Key Responsibilities Strategy & Execution
- Collaborate with internal teams to contribute to and implement digital marketing strategies with urgency and precision.
- Communicate with clients as needed to gather information, align on goals, and deliver successful campaign execution.
- Support new business efforts with competitor research and insights.
Content Creation & SEO
- Create, optimize, and publish SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
- Conduct keyword and competitor research to inform content and digital strategy.
- Work with the Creative Director to ensure content aligns with client brand and goals.
- Use content management systems (CMS) to post and maintain digital content.
Digital Advertising
- Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns, including PPC, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
- Monitor performance and adjust campaigns to improve ROI.
Analytics & Optimization
- Analyze marketing data using Google Analytics to track performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Create reports using Google Data Studio or Supermetrics to share insights with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Utilize tools such as Google Search Console, Google My Business, and other industry platforms to enhance visibility and engagement.
Qualifications & Experience
- 1–3 years of digital marketing experience with proven execution and results.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to connect tactical work to overall strategic goals.
- Google Analytics certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
- Hands-on experience with SEO, content writing, social media, digital advertising, and CMS platforms.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Google Data Studio or Supermetrics.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to stay on top of digital marketing trends and best practices.
