The ideal candidate for the HR Coordinator role will have a passion for HR functions, a keen attention to detail, and a strong desire to support both new and existing employees.

Key Responsibilities :
- Recruitment & Onboarding : Manage job postings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and facilitate prescreening interviews to identify qualified candidates.
- Assist with the onboarding of new hires, including preparing documentation, enrolling employees in benefits programs, integrating them into the payroll system, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture.
- Employee Records & Documentation : Maintain accurate, confidential employee records, including personal details, medical information, and other essential data.
- Contribute to the creation and upkeep of HR-related documents such as employee files, job descriptions, benefits communications, and other materials.
- Payroll & Benefits Support : Assist in processing payroll for employees as needed.
- Respond to employee HR-related questions regarding payroll, benefits, and other inquiries.
- Compliance & Training : Ensure company policies and procedures are in compliance with federal and state labor laws.
- Help coordinate mandatory training programs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- HR Data & Reporting : Assist with HR data collection and generate reports for management as needed.
- General Support : Support the HR Manager with ongoing HR projects and initiatives.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
