Now Hiring: CNC Mill Programmer / Department Lead
We’re looking for a hands-on CNC Mill Programmer / Department Lead to join our growing team. This is a key role for a skilled individual who can not only program, set up, and run machines—but also lead and mentor a small team of experienced setup programmers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Programming, setting up, and operating CNC Vertical and Horizontal Mills
- Leading and mentoring a team of 3 setup/programmers
- Ensuring production efficiency, quality, and consistency
- Troubleshooting and optimizing machining processes
- Collaborating with other departments to meet production goals Software & CAD:
- All prints are drawn in SolidWorks
- Programming is done in Fusion 360
Equipment You’ll Work With:
We run 10 Haas Vertical Mills and 2 Haas Horizontal Mills, including:
- Haas TM-1P
- Haas VF-1, VF-2, VF-3, VF-4
- Haas ECM-500
- Haas ECM-1500
We also operate a Mitsubishi MV1200S EDM with the MD Pro III Package
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of CNC mill programming experience required
- Proficient in Fusion 360 (or similar CAM software)
- Strong setup and troubleshooting experience
- Proven leadership or mentoring experience
- Attention to detail and high-quality standards
- CNC Lathe programming experience is a plus, but not required
- EDM programming experience is a plus, especially with Mitsubishi MV1200S
Bonus Points:
