Job Opening: Engineering and Quality Assurance Trainee
We are looking for an Engineering and Quality Assurance Trainee to join our team! The ideal candidate will have some experience in manufacturing, whether through on-the-job experience in manufacturing, inspection, or ISO 9001:2015 standards. However, we are willing to train the right person who has a background in manufacturing or inspection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform first piece inspections, in-process inspections, and final inspections of parts and products on a daily basis.
- Follow job routings through the shop and ensure that jobs are flowing through the shop in the proper order.
- Assist our engineers with sourcing materials for various projects.
- Collaborate closely with our engineering team and receive hands-on training from experienced engineers.
- Learn and apply ISO 9001:2015 standards with training provided by our team.
- Perform any tasks required in a manufacturing environment as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing, inspection, or ISO 9001:2015 is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Familiarity with SolidWorks CAD software is a plus.
