Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Healthcare Performance Analyst who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As a Healthcare Performance Analyst, you will:
• Use an analytic driven process to develop physician practice recommendations that are both meaningful and actionable
• Must be able to analyze, compile, manipulate, and interpret data from multiple sources
• Track key performance indicators (KPI’s) relating to health service utilization, cost of care, quality, and shared savings for commercial payer contracts
• Assist in the assessment of determining opportunities for reducing unnecessary costs.
• Liaise and connect with the information technology, managed care and care navigation for the purposes of jointly developing successful shared savings strategies
• Collaborate with the commercial pop health team and AHC’s Care Navigation team to assist in communicating key data trends for the purposes of managing high risk/high cost patient populations.
• Support payer operational meetings

Qualifications include:
• Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration, Analytics, information systems or a related field. Masters preferred
• 1-2 years of project management or relevant health care experience preferred
• Health care administration experience preferred
• Detail-oriented, service-oriented, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, and fluent in Excel, Tableau and Microsoft Office.
• Requires keen analytical thinking and excellent communication
• Knowledge of the regulatory environment and risk-based contracts in the outpatient setting is a plus
• Knowledge of data tools, HEDIS metrics within health care is a plus

Work Schedule:

Full-time; Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm. Occasional physician meetings in the evenings.

Pay Range:

$66,913.60 - $100,360.00

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount or if the position is Per Diem (offering a fixed rate), salary discussions will occur during the screening process.

Those testing positive are given the opportunity to re-apply in 90 days, if they can truthfully attest that they have not used any nicotine products in the past ninety (90) days and successfully pass follow-up testing. ("Nicotine products" include, but are not limited to: cigarettes, cigars, pipes, chewing tobacco, e-cigarettes, vaping products, hookah, and nicotine replacement products (e.g., nicotine gum, nicotine patches, nicotine lozenges, etc.).
