What You’ll Bring:

• 5 years of business development experience in the drug discovery industry, with a proven track record of success in B2B sales.
• Strong technical background in chemistry (e.g., organic chemistry, materials science, polymer science, or a related field).
• Experience selling custom solutions and complex services, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling business opportunities.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed across the U.S.
