You will report to the Human Resources Manager and be responsible for organizing, developing, and administering training and education programs for the organization. This includes department-specific training, on-the-job training, EHS training, and initiatives for training improvement and online course creation/development. This position will be actively engaged on the production floor, ensuring that required training is developed, scheduled, and completed effectively within the required timeframes. You will provide leadership through effective communication and personal behavior, fostering a culture of a learning organization.

Your responsibilities:

About You: We are looking for someone with solid experience in supporting training and people development, preferably in a manufacturing environment. A High School diploma is required, and post-secondary education or equivalent experience in human resources or a technical environment is a plus. Experience in training and development and online course development is highly desirable.

You are detail-oriented, proactive, and have a proven history of successfully working on a project from start to finish. You take a hands-on approach to solving problems and delivering solutions. Your communication and interpersonal skills are excellent, as are your organizational and trouble-shooting skills.
