Driving Instructor

$45 Fast Traffic School is a full-service driver training program. We are the best defensive driving course in TN. Still, we service everywhere in the U.S.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Driving Instructor to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have the ability to teach both virtual and in-person classes, helping students improve their driving knowledge, safety practices, and compliance with traffic laws. This role is perfect for someone passionate about road safety and education, looking for a flexible schedule that includes two Saturdays a month and occasional weekday availability.

Driving Instructor Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and informative virtual and in-person driving instruction classes, covering topics such as defensive driving, traffic laws, and safety protocols.
• Utilize interactive teaching methods and technology to create an effective learning environment for both virtual and in-person students.
• Assess students' understanding and provide constructive feedback to ensure they successfully meet course objectives.
• Stay updated on current traffic laws, safety regulations, and best practices in driver education.
• Maintain accurate attendance and student records, ensuring compliance with company policies and state requirements.
• Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner.

Driving Instructor Requirements:

• Must be at least 30 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear driving record (no major infractions or no more than two minor infractions)
• Clear criminal record.
• Must pass a background check.
• Valid driving license for the level at which you will be teaching.
• Valid driving instructor's license or certification.
• Comfortable with technology, including virtual teaching platforms and presentation software.
• Proven experience as an instructor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Patience and enthusiasm.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to commute for in-person classes.
• Flexibility to work two Saturdays a month and potentially one weekday.
