Estimated Appointment End Date (Continuous if Blank) Full/Part-Time Full time Job Type Regular Compensation $95,000 -$125,000 Job Description Executive Director Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health – Tulsa, Oklahoma About the Position: The Executive Director for the Tulsa Center for Behavioral Health (TCBH) located in Tulsa, OK will develop & implement all phases of management, administrative & clinical policies & procedures for the operation of a large inpatient behavioral health facility. TCBH is a 56-bed acute care psychiatric hospital serving individuals who present in a mental health crisis with or without substance abuse and are medically stable. Primary services include triage evaluation and assessment services and inpatient acute psychiatric medical care. TCBH is accredited by the Joint Commission and certified by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid as a full-service psychiatric hospital. We are excited to announce a new 140,000 square foot, 106-bed hospital that is currently under construction and is projected to be completed by the end of 2024. This position will oversee the new hospital which will replace the current TCBH and will feature a 24-hour crisis response Urgent Recovery Center. The new Oklahoma Psychiatric Care Center will be located in the OSU Academic Medical District in downtown Tulsa, next door to the new VA Hospital in Tulsa and the OSU Medical Center near the intersection of 3rd and Houston streets. Job Type/Salary: Application period: Until filled Full-time Vacancies: 1 Annual Salary is $95,000 -$125,000 FLSA Status: Exempt Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Master’s degree or other advanced graduate degree in Health Services Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related administrative, legal, or behavioral health field AND five years administrative experience in mental health services to include program oversight and development or administrative experience within a mental health facility OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preference may be given to candidates holding licensure in a qualified behavioral health field. Special Requirements: Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position.
