We are looking for a friendly, flexible and reliable Skilled Shift Fitter who is able to work on their own initiative and will enjoy being part of a friendly and dedicated team. As a Skilled Shift Fitter you would work a variety of shifts on a 5 days out of 7 basis and your role would include maintaining and repairing the Company's vehicles to the strict standards set by both Stagecoach and the DVSA (Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency)

We can offer:

·       Competitive rates of pay – Circa £44.5k per annum!

·       Guaranteed 40 hours per week, (this includes some Sat, Sun and Public Holiday working depending on shift rotas – paid at enhanced hourly rates)

Duties and responsibilities:

·       Repairing and maintaining the Company's fleet of modern vehicles to a high standard

·       Carrying out preventative and proactive maintenance in line with Company policies

·       Carrying out roadside and running repairs as necessary

·       Adhering to Company Health & Safety policies

Training and qualifications:

You should ideally be qualified to the following level:

·       City & Guilds Level 3 – PSV or HGV

·       NVQ Level 3 Engineering – PSV or HGV

·       BTEC

·       Competent using diagnostic tools & equipment
