- Ability to travel on short notice and up to 3 weeks at a time (normal is 1-2 weeks) - This is a must. We have to finish all of our branches around the globe by mid-October. These techs will need to be able to travel to other areas/states to complete this work. These trips could be one to three weeks, depending on the location and number of branches.
- Ability to work after hours during the duration of each travel scope - This is a must, as most of this work has to be done once the branch closes for business.
- Possess basic tools to complete job (screwdrivers, electrician scissors, punch down tool, pliers, etc.) NFCU say the can provide essential tools to complete this work if contactor does not have. .
Specifically, the contractors will support the following project efforts:
- Windows 11 PC staging and deployment of approximately 6,000 PCs
- Vulnerability remediation to include UPS, MPS, and Printer remediation
- VPSX Mainframe host printer upgrades
- 15 New Branch Openings
- 37 Branch Renovations
- SD-WAN project
- End-of-Life Cisco branch switch replacements
- Palo Alto firewall deployments
- ORDR sensor installation
- Microsoft 365 project
- Mission Padlock: Yubikey USB hub installation
- eNorm Gen3 replacements
- Verifone PIN Pad upgrades
- IT Asset Management and IT Asset Returns to ensure that all assets are accounted for and adequately managed, scanned, wiped and restocked into inventory.
Nice to haves:
- CompTIA A Certification
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals Certification
- Experience using ConnectWise Remote Support Software
- Experience using CyberArk Workforce Password Management Software
- Experience troubleshooting Citrix VDIs
Deployment Tues/Wed, Thursday/Friday, and Saturday.
