O.T. Delivery Systems Inc. is a Transportation/Warehousing service company servicing the tri-state area and beyond. We currently have an immediate full time opening for an Assistant Dispatcher.

Primary Responsibilities
- Routing/Tracking and assisting drivers with daily operations
- Intermodal tracking of containers and shipments status on the port of NY/NJ
- entering all orders into system (Profit Tools)
- Regular office tasks
- Customer services and updating customers with daily shipment details
- Phone/Customer Service
Position Requirements
- 2 year(s) of office, dispatch experience, and customer service management experience
- Solid organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail
- Transportation/dispatch knowledge a huge plus
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times
- Very self-motivated and goal-oriented with ability to multi-task
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to learn new software and proprietary software (Profit Tools)
- College degree desirable
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
