Job Title: Project Manager

Job Overview:
The Project Manager will lead and manage complex global projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role involves project planning, overseeing activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and clients to meet project goals. You will manage multiple projects, drive adherence to processes, and ensure contract compliance. You'll also be responsible for budgeting, risk management, and reporting to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning and execution from start to finish.
- Monitor budgets, schedules, and project progress.
- Work with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams.
- Handle project scope, risks, and change orders.
- Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
- Communicate progress and updates to clients and management.
- Manage project budgets and cash flow.
- Support warranty phase and address issues.
- Conduct Lessons Learned meetings and gather feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Aeronautical, or related).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project management (engineering, production, manufacturing).
- Proficiency in Gantt charts, scheduling, and SAP.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic CAD.
- Experience in project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Turbomachinery or rotating equipment.
- PMP certification.
- Experience with Planview OnePM.
