48 Hour Auto Hail Repair is the fastest growing automotive hail restoration company in the country! We're looking for hungry, motivated sales reps to join our team!
This is unlike any sales position you've ever had. We work directly with insurance companies, so all of the repairs are fully covered - which means there are ZERO money objections. You are selling a free service.
After a hail storm hits, as a rep, you go door-to-door in the most heavily impacted areas, and make GREAT money in the process. We repair cars, NOT houses - which means there is zero competition for you.
Travel is required for part of the year, as hail season can take us to various locations across the country. This provides an exciting opportunity to explore new areas while making serious money. Our top reps are making upwards of $30,000 PER MONTH. If you want to make this kind of money in sales, you've found the right place.
An ideal candidate will possess:
- Past sales or appointment setting experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Door-to-door or in-person sales experience
Responsibilities:
- Set appointments for customers to come into our shop for a free estimate on their hail damaged vehicle.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers in a door to door setting.
- Identify and develop new customer opportunities in a door to door setting.
- Provide customer service and support, where applicable.
- Understand customer needs and requirements for their hail damaged cars.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas of improvement.
- Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and get more hail damaged cars into the shop.
- Canvas areas and territories assigned to acquire new customers
- Phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and follow-ups
