Our Senior Recruitment Consultants (f/m/d) are experts in the fields of sales and recruiting, helping companies find the best talent and build long-term business relationships.
Your Responsibilities:
- Proactively approaching and acquiring new clients
- Maintaining and expanding existing client relationships
- Identifying, approaching, and acquiring qualified candidates through active sourcing and headhunting
- Using relevant job portals and social media channels
- Conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews with potential candidates
- Analyzing the job market and sharing recruiting trends with clients
- Building and maintaining a strong local network through both telephone and personal interactions
- Managing the entire project staffing process from candidate acquisition to successful contract conclusion
- Building long-term relationships with candidates and clients as a trusted partner
Your Profile:
- Completed degree or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in sales and/or recruiting, ideally in the personnel services industry
- Winning mentality and motivation to achieve outstanding results
- Ability to adapt flexibly to a dynamic and high-performance environment
- Excellent networking skills and strong communication abilities (in English and German)
