Pay : $15.00 / hr.Shifts :
3rd Shift Friday - Sunday 6 : 00am - 7 : 30pm
Location : 6611 Picket Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32219
As a Material Handler , also known as a Returnable Plastic Container (RPC) Sorter , you'll get to hand sort a container weighing about 10 ounces that issued to ship produce, eggs, meat, and other goods onto pallets for manufacturers. This is a vital role for our sites to ensure we maintain a high level of efficiency and accuracy of performance!
What You'll Do
- Hand stack RPC's on pallets to appropriate height, following inventory control instructions
- Examine products for quality standards
- Ensure all trash and debris is removed prior to returning to customer
- Wrap sorted pallets and secure for shipment
- Move pallets, or materials on pallets or in crates, around the storage facility
- Accurately complete all paperwork to track daily progress
- Communicate directly with Shift Lead or On-Site Manager regularly
