Hourly Pay : 18.00 / hr.
Shift(s) :
1st Shift : Mon 4 : 30am - 4 : 30pm Tues - Thurs 4 : 30am - 2 : 30pm
2nd Shift : Tuesday - Friday 2 : 30pm - 1 : 00am

As a Shift Lead , you'll get to oversee the employees are maximizing overall productivity during each shift, while adhering to the highest safety standards.
What You'll Do
- Work with OSM to set shift / operating schedule to best service the local customer(s)
- Assist with recruiting, developing, and managing employees
- Ensure company policies regarding Safety and HR are followed
- Order and maintain supplies and arrange for office equipment maintenance
- Assist with forklift driver duties as needed
- Track movements in a timely / legible manner on the proper forms
- Assist in managing employee relations issues, locally, in conjunction with the OSM
- Load and unload materials from trailers and move to the appropriate staging area within the facility
- Check to make sure loads are secure
- Ensure that all daily equipment checks on all Industrial power equipment are being performed
- Examine products to verify conformance to quality standard
- Perform basic financial data entry
- Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
