Tasks & Duties
- Configure and Manage O365 Applications
- Set up and maintain O365 applications, including email, collaboration tools, and user accounts.
- Deploy security protocols and manage threat detection to protect O365 and Exchange environments.
- Tune configurations and manage resource allocation to ensure high availability and reliability of O365 and Exchange services.
- Develop and execute strategies to scale O365 and Exchange infrastructure to accommodate organizational growth.
- Ensure Compliance and Conduct Regular Audits. Provide Technical Support / Troubleshooting and Develop Documentation and Training Materials
- Perform periodic security and performance audits to identify and address potential issues.
- Implement and monitor compliance controls to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Address and resolve technical issues related to O365 and Exchange services.
- Create and maintain documentation and training materials for O365 and Exchange management.
