Tasks & Duties
- Design, develop, evaluate and support PEU’s data-driven outreach work and produce corresponding collateral that will increase access to public services
- Work with the communications staff to develop and execute PEU’s earned and paid strategic communications plans, including managing a multimillion-dollar multilingual citywide paid media campaign budget.
- Use a data-driven approach to develop message testing
- Work with internal and external communications, press and creative teams to develop assets.
- Develop strategy and content for PEU’s social media accounts.
- Design collateral, including graphics, flyers, videos and website content.
- Evaluate effectiveness of communications activities and make data-driven recommendations.
- Provide guidance and support to partner agencies in the planning and development of their creative communications, including paid media campaigns.
