Who We Are Looking For
The Sales department for Latin America currently has an opening to join our growing inside sales team in our Morton, Illinois office. The inside sales team member provides outstanding customer service in support of achieving business goals. You will have the ability to focus on your task in a fast-moving environment and will need to manage multiple streams of inputs, often balancing numerous opportunities and orders at the same time from all the countries in Latin America.
What You Will Do
- Develop opportunities by preparing accurate and timely product quotations.
- Generate revenue by completing customer orders and developing accounts.
- Close new orders by answering telephone, web inquires, and e-mail inquiries and verifying and entering information.
- Fill orders by transferring orders to fulfillment and communicating expected delivery date.
- Communicate with customers about order status and provide export documentation when orders are concluded.
- Develop accounts by checking customer’s buying history, suggesting related and new items.
- Provide outstanding customer service and product support assistance, as necessary.
- Collaborate with outside sales and distributors to develop accounts and grow the business.
- Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.
- Accomplish department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.

Your Education and Experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 2 years minimum experience in sales
- Business, technical, or related degree is beneficial but not essential

Final Details
This position is full time located on-site in Morton, Illinois and is not eligible for remote work.
