Senior Data Analyst - Revenue Cycle
Summary :
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced senior data analyst to guide our Revenue Cycle Data Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our revenue cycle management through data-driven insights, process improvements, and innovative solutions. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of revenue cycle operations, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the collection, cleaning, and analysis of complex healthcare revenue cycle data
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Lead initiatives to optimize revenue cycle processes, reduce denials, accelerate cash flow, and improve overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, technology, client success, Sale and Management to improve processes and optimize revenue cycle performance.
