Key Responsibilities
- Oversight of the entire architectural project lifecycle
- Development of project timelines, schedules, and budgets
- Leadership and mentoring of the project team, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Design development, translating client requirements and design concepts into architectural plans, drawings, specifications, and innovative design solutions
- Collaboration with contractors, subcontractors, and construction teams to ensure design intent and project objectives
Qualifications
- 5 years experience in luxury residential projects
- Proficient in Revit
- 3 years of luxury residential experience
- Masters degree from accredited architecture school
- Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills with ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
