Key Responsibilities
- Direct daily activities and meet daily needs of clients

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Previous experience in a mental health setting or human services field preferred
- Ability to work with minimal direct supervision
- Ability to manage stressors inherent in a psychiatric setting
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
- Computer skills
- Exemplary customer service skills
- Valid Indiana driver's license
