We are rural behavioral health specialists integrated in the physical and behavioral health well-being for our staff and consumers. Our crisis continuum of care includes Mobile Crisis Teams, a Crisis Stabilization Unit, and an Acute Care Unit. 4C Health continues to grow, and we are looking for agile staff committed to caring for our consumers, communities, and each other! Position Summary:

This position is responsible for overseeing the operations of community and school-based programs. This position will also provide presentations/education regarding community and school-based interventions and programs offered by the Center to internal and external stakeholders. This position is responsible for developing policies and procedures to promote the philosophy, goals, and mission related to service areas of responsibility. This position operates with a large degree of autonomy and must exercise tact, judgment and confidentiality in contact with the public, governmental bodies, other agencies, clients and families, as well as fellow associates of the Center. Work is very broad in scope and requires a high level of professionalism.

Additional Compensation and incentives:

• Eligible for $150/month ($1,800 annually) in student loan repayment
• Earn $750 for every person you refer who is hired and remains employed for 6 months and receive an additional $500 every year as long as you both remain employed. 
• Bilingual premium available for individuals fluent in Spanish or Burmese

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in mental health/social service field required.

Experience:

• Minimum of three (3) years working in behavioral health field.
• Minimum of one (1) year in a managerial role.

Skills/Knowledge:

• Ability to supervise others and maintain professional relationships among and between associates.
• Models professionalism, teamwork and communication internally and externally.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Knowledge and understanding of evidence-based practices, quality metrics, fiscal operations and ability to analyze operational data.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Strong people and project management skills.
