Position Summary:
A lead of the HRSA grant implementation for programming, training, and development. Will oversee evidence-based training and programming for behavioral health staff. The evidence-based training will be overseen by this role, who will research, evaluate, and integrate training into daily practice. Work closely with stakeholders from across the county to develop collaboration around the initiative and its implementation. Serve as primary support and contact for internal and external entities for programming monitoring and needs. Responsible for working closely with Center access, clinical staff, and community stakeholders; ensuring and maintaining Center compliance with referrals, access, benefit linkage and care coordination; and organizing, implementing, and conducting training facilitation and development. Receive contacts from local stakeholders for referrals, assist individuals with linkage to services and follow-up to ensure level of need services are obtained.

- Four-day (32 hour) work week
- Eligible for $150/month ($1,800 annually) in student loan repayment, available at hire
- Earn $750 for every person you refer who is hired and remains employed for 6 months and receive an additional $500 every year as long as you both remain employed

Requirements:
Education:
- A bachelor's degree.
- 4 years experience in mental health or related field.
- Valid Drivers license.
- Satisfactory results from criminal background check.
Skills/Knowledge:
- Strong communication skills.
- Work with and influence others.
- Knowledge of healthcare standards published by Joint Commission, CMS, DMHA and others.
- Knowledge of healthcare trends.
- Works well under supervision as well as independently.
- Organizes and manages with little direct supervision.
