Schedule : Monday - Thursday : 9 hours / Friday : 4 hours
Job Description and Responsibilities
As a proposal coordinator, you will help manage the preparation, coordination, and submission of proposals for 4Creeks. A proposal coordinator is responsible for establishing the company's guidelines, vision, and financial outline for completed proposals. You will work alongside the Senior Proposal Coordinator to complete proposals, from initial design and coordination through submission and storage of the final documents. This position will report to the Senior Proposal Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities :
- Proposal Management :
Coordinate the preparation, development, and timely submission of proposals, statements of qualifications, and bid packages.
Write, edit, and proofread proposal content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with client needs.
Facilitate kick-off meetings and proposal reviews to align team members on objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Ensure all proposals are visually appealing and adhere to the company's branding and graphic standards.
Maintain and organize proposal content libraries, including resumes, project descriptions, and standard responses.
Assist with award submissions, marketing collateral, and presentations as needed.
Minimum Job Requirements
Compensation
Hourly rate will be determined by the candidate's skill and experience level and highly competitive with industry standards. We consider our interns as temporary employees, therefore not eligible for our Benefits package. The expected pay range for this position is $24 / hr to $30 / hr.
