Beeline at Mercato is hiring Door Staff. Door Staff is the first point of contact our guests encounter when entering our establishment. We expect exceptional, friendly service, along with a strong work ethic. Work with us to make great money, have fun, and be part of an awesome team!

What You’ll Need to Be Successful:
- Greet guests in a friendly way and check IDs as they enter the establishment
- Maintain lines and crowd control
- Enforce rules to keep the location fun and safe, and remove guests if needed
- Clean and remove trash throughout bar, including patios & restroom
- Assist in private parties as needed, including setup, tear down, cleaning, and assisting guests with their belongings to their cars
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Well-spoken individual with ability to effectively interact with guests and staff
- Work well under pressure
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Be a good teammate
- Be responsible, show personal accountability, and be reliable
- Must maintain alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state
- Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and certain holidays
