What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grill Cook - Estelle's Cafe & Lounge position at 4EG?
*Starting at $20/hr*
Estelle's is looking for an experienced Fry/Grill Cook. Should have at least 6 months to 1 year experience in a high volume kitchen using a commercial fryer or grill. Must be ServSafe Certified or willing to get certified within 30 days of hire. Candidate must be able to work by themselves but can communicate extremely well with team and management. Must also be able to multitask and prioritize well.
Located at the Six Corners in Chicago's Bucktown neighborhood, Estelle's has been a neighborhood staple for over a decade. Estelle's is open at 6pm every night, serving food and drink until 4am. With its art deco decor, combined with a great juke box, a friendly staff, and quality food and beverage, Estelle's remains the best rock bar Bucktown has to offer. In addition, we host a variety of private parties.
