We're Hiring: Visual Merchandising Project Manager – Miami, FL (Spanish Required)

We are seeking a Visual Merchandising Project Manager to coordinate production and installation of visual displays, ensuring brand consistency and excellence across all activations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in vendor coordination and logistics. You will work closely with our design, creative, and operations teams to execute high-quality installations that meet client expectations and deadlines.

✅ Plan and oversee visual merchandising projects from production to installation

✅ Manage vendors and suppliers, ensuring quality and timely delivery of materials

✅ Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure cost efficiency and profitability

✅ Supervise installations at retail locations, pop-ups, and events, ensuring high-quality execution

✅ Collaborate with design teams to ensure brand consistency across all visuals

✅ Prepare and present project reports, decks, and post-installation assessments to clients

✅ Coordinate logistics, permits, and scheduling for installations

✅ Work in tandem with the event production team to execute brand activations seamlessly

✔ 3-5 years of experience in visual merchandising, event production, or project management

✔ Experience managing large-scale installations and vendor coordination

✔ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

✔ Experience developing and managing budgets

✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

✔ Proficiency in Salesforce and project management tools (preferred)

✔ On-site experience in event production is a plus

✔ Team management experience

🔹 Fluent in Spanish & English (Spanish required)

🔹 Legally authorized to work in the USA

🔹 Must be Miami-based and work on-site in our office

🔹 Valid driver’s license

🔹 Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
