Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physican Assistant (PA)
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about wellness and the ability of every patient to change his or her life. Experience and knowledge of Hormone Replacement Therapy and Testosterone Replacement Therapy (HRT / TRT) and the ability to educate patients about other anti-aging solutions is important.
Complete physical exams for wellness patients interested in HRT or medical weight loss.
Works with medical director to provide recommendations, prescriptions, and treatment plans for wellness patients.
Perform pellet insertions for HRT patients as well as product and injection demonstrations.
Administer IV vitamin therapy to patients as needed.
Maintain a high level of expertise in all 4Ever Young wellness services, and a personal commitment to fitness and wellness. Serve as a brand and lifestyle ambassador.
